ASHLEY ANSEL M.A.
Project Manager Genetics Department
Ashley joined Cell-El in July after moving to Israel from North America. Ashley completed her Undergraduate Degree in Biology from Yeshiva University and then went on to get her Masters in Cell and Molecular Biology from Fordham University in New York City. Ashley’s Masters thesis focused on Immunogenetics with a focus on genetic variation in non-human primates.
Ashley worked as a teaching assistant in the General Biology and Genetics lab courses at Fordham during her Masters. In addition to working in an Immunology lab at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Ashley has also worked in a Neuroscience lab at Rutgers University, and in a Genetics Lab at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
She has also volunteered a teacher’s assistant in a classroom for children with special needs at Aleh in Jerusalem.
